Your application materials for the establishment of Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum have been received. According to the requirements of the Museum Regulations of the State Council, the Measures for Implementing the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Cultural Relics in Henan Province and the Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Private Museums of National Cultural Heritage Administration, our bureau organized experts to review the application materials and the actual conditions and abilities of the organizers. According to the expert's review comments, the proposed "Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum" basically meets the requirements for the establishment of non-state-owned museums. After research, our bureau agreed in principle to the establishment of the museum.

Please urge the museum to go to the relevant registration authority as soon as possible to handle the legal person registration according to law.
