Announcement of 2018 Collection of Cultural Relics of Zhengzhou Shanhaigu Museum

In order to enrich and improve the collection of Zhengzhou Shanhaiguan Museum and collect more physical objects with local historical, cultural, artistic and scientific research value, in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Cultural Relics, the Regulations on Museums (Order No.659 of the State Council), the Measures for the Administration of Museum Collections (Order No.35 of the Ministry of Culture), the Interim Measures for the Administration of Cultural Relics Identification (Order No.46 of the Ministry of Culture) and the grading standards of cultural relics collections, The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of solicitation

1, reflecting the Ming and Qing Dynasties to modern China history of products, clothing and other technological characteristics of the collection;

2. Cultural relic specimens, pictures, materials, etc. that reflect the development process of Zhengzhou in various historical periods and related themes.

Second, the types of collection

Carving of clams and shellfish since Ming and Qing Dynasties; And other cultural relics that reflect the local history of Zhengzhou.

Third, the collection requirements

1, to ensure the legitimacy of the source of the collection, the provider of the collection of legal and economic responsibility;

2. The collection information provided by the provider must be the collection that has not entered the collection process of any unit, and the collection information of this batch shall not be provided to a third party before receiving the collection results of our library;

3. Our library will confirm the solicitation intention within 30 working days after receiving the solicitation intention information form, and notify all providers who submitted the solicitation intention by telephone. All solicitation intention materials will not be returned.

4. All collection processes shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Management Measures for Collection of Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum. All collections with determined collection intentions shall complete all processes according to regulations before signing relevant agreements.

Fourth, the collection method

1. On the premise of complying with national laws and regulations, and in accordance with the principle of voluntary sale, purchase the collection from domestic and foreign collection agencies and collectors.

2. Receiving collection units or individuals at home and abroad to donate their collections free of charge on the principle of voluntariness.

3. Other collection methods stipulated by laws and regulations.

V. Information submission method

1. Send the detailed information of the collection to the museum mailbox.

2. Send the detailed information of the collection to Zhengzhou Shanhaijiu Museum by mail (the address is subject to the announcement of cultural relics collection in 2019 issued by official website of Zhengzhou Shanhaijiu Museum).

3. The information of the collection should be sealed.

4. Other forms of data submission are not accepted.
