2021 Annual Work Report of Zhengzhou Shanhai Callicarpa Museum

In 2021, our library always adheres to the concept of "being close to the masses and life", adheres to the direction of facing the national culture and serving the public, conscientiously implements the principles and policies of museum work in light of the actual situation, strengthens the construction of the team and business, gives full play to the functions of collection, display, research, communication and education, comprehensively improves the comprehensive management level of the museum, and all work has reached a new level. It received nearly 80,000 tourists in the whole year. The work of our library in 2021 is summarized as follows:

First, strengthen the system management, expand the talent team, and provide impetus and support for the scientific development of museums.

1. Refine rules and regulations. In 2021, efforts were made to refine and deepen the System Compilation of Zhengzhou Shanhaijiu Museum, striving to consider every detail in the work and standardize every link in the work. At the same time, according to the responsibilities and nature of different posts, practical reward and punishment measures were formulated, which effectively promoted the implementation of the System Compilation and effectively ensured the efficient operation of various work norms.

2. Strengthen team building. Based on the needs of work and the reality of our library's cadre team, we organized and implemented the selection and appointment of deputy curator in the library through answering braids in speeches, democratic recommendation and organizing inspection, and finally selected one deputy curator (Xu Bin) and two volunteers from the library. Participate in Zhengzhou Museum Development Training Course and organize the study of graphic design and other professional courses.

Second, deepen the activities of striving for Excellence, extensively carry out social education propaganda, and strengthen the construction of social functions of museums.

1. Striving for Excellence and being the first has achieved fruitful results. In 2021, the production and reporting of exhibition materials in Zhengzhou independent exhibition area of the 9th Expo, the national natural disaster risk survey, the grading of museum collections, the submission of 206 new cultural relics, the input and submission of digital community data of Henan Provincial Museum, the online work of wenbo green code booking applet, the acceptance of text materials and field visits of municipal civilized cities, etc. were completed. At present, we are actively creating the titles of national second-class museum, "National Youth Science Education Base" and "National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base".

2. Promote and expand the influence. In 2021, our library held more than 27 events, including more than 5 major receptions and 2 major events, which remain the focus of attention from all walks of life. Hunan International Channel, Hunan Radio Station, Zhengzhou Daily, Zhengzhou Evening News, today's headlines, financial collection magazines and other media at all levels have publicized our library. Among them, there are 11 provincial media and 24 websites of our library. At present, there are three news media in contact with our library. In addition, our website is constantly being updated and improved.

3. Social education has been extensively carried out. In 2021, Cai Quanfa, Xu Bin and other experts and scholars were invited to hold 12 expert guided tours in our library, which was welcomed by cultural relics lovers. In addition, the education and publicity of cultural relics, museum knowledge and related laws and regulations were strengthened, and the "5.18 International Museum Day" was carefully organized to enter the park and the community.

Three, pay close attention to the key work, promote the implementation of the task, and promote the all-round development of the museum business.

1. The exhibition highlights the quality. In 2021, our library held six temporary special exhibitions, such as Special Stamp Exhibition, Spring on Ancient Ceramics and Tomb-Sweeping Day Shell Exhibition, which ensured the richness and activity of the exhibitions. The adjustment of cultural relics and the upgrading of exhibition halls were carried out in an orderly manner, and more than 120 cultural relics were exhibited successively. At present, we are actively preparing for the national exhibition tour of "Ancient Calligo Cultural Relics".

2. The collection of cultural relics is prominent and extensive. In 2021, our library reached an agreement with relevant units on the transfer of cultural relics and the purchase of shell specimens, involving a total of 134 pieces (sets) of cultural relics and collections, including 13 pieces (sets) of lapis lazuli, 102 pieces (sets) of celadon, 20 pieces (sets) of shell specimens and 20 pieces (sets) of stamps, which improved the "Zhengzhou Shanhaiguan"

3. Academic exchanges and research highlight high-end. It has organized and held five academic exchange and discussion activities, such as "Symposium on the Specimen of the Third Famous Kiln in China", "Kaoji Culture Forum", "Academic Exchange of Henan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology" and "Kaoji Tea Set Cultural Exchange Seminar", which greatly enhanced the influence of our library in the research field of ancient Kaoji. At the same time, our library also edited and published the book "Jadeite in Hongshan Culture" and published 2 professional academic papers in provincial newspapers and magazines. At present, the list and classification of Tibetan cultural collections are being sorted out to prepare for the publication of Tibetan culture.

4. The cultural industry has outstanding expansibility. The upgrading and transformation of Wenchuang Center has enriched the unique tourist souvenirs of our library by strengthening the combination of commodities and culture. At present, there are 433 kinds of cultural and creative products registered and sold by our library in the Cultural Relics Bureau. Two new 2D documentaries on propaganda film and Shell were produced, which received more than 5,000 tourists. Mature and systematic development mode of cultural industry, and comprehensively improve the development level of cultural industry.

5, security highlights the daily. We have formulated and improved more than 10 work systems, including guard, duty, cultural relics storage safety inspection, emergency management, etc. Issued the "Fire Safety Publicity Manual" manual; Fire safety knowledge training and drills were carried out to effectively improve the awareness of all employees. In the catastrophic flood disaster in Zhengzhou on July 20, our library devoted itself to the front line of fighting the disaster at the first time, and did a good job in post-disaster support and post-disaster reconstruction. During the epidemic in COVID-19, normal records such as health ledger registration, inspection form and shift registration form were made. At the critical juncture of the epidemic in COVID-19, Zhengzhou in August, all librarians actively responded to the party's call and became volunteers to help the nucleic acid detection in COVID-19.

Fourth, increase capital investment and upgrade the software and hardware construction of our library.

1. Designed the museum log, highlighting the image.

2. Replaced and enriched the publicity pages and exhibition boards in the exhibition hall.

3. Compiled and published the series "Hongshan Culture's Jadeite".

4. Make a popular science film of shells.

5. Actively participate in the development of cultural and cultural undertakings in Hainan Free Trade Port.

More than 5,000 pieces were collected. It is planned to set up the "Sanya Museum of Mountains and Seas" in Sanya and donate more than 600 pieces to Sanya College. Expand the influence and support the development of cultural and cultural undertakings in the free trade port.

In 2021, under the leadership of Director Zhou, all the staff members Qi Xin made concerted efforts and achieved good results. However, at the same time, we still need to realize that Shanhaijiu Museum is still in the initial stage of operation, and many work needs to be further standardized and developed.
