Articles of Association of Friends of Shanhaiji Museum

I. Purpose and tasks

"Friends of the Museum" is a bridge between the museum and all walks of life, and an effective way to spread the history and culture of the museum. The purpose is to enhance the social influence of the museum, strengthen exchanges with all walks of life, jointly develop the museum as a common social cultural space, and promote the wisdom and contribution of the culture of the museum.

The mission of "Friends of the Museum" in our museum: to strengthen interaction with the people and get to know their opinions and demands in time; Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with all walks of life, and constantly broaden working ideas and methods; Attract the support from all walks of life, use social forces to run the museum, and strengthen the social foundation of the museum; Provide all kinds of information, materials and communication platforms for enthusiasts who love local history and culture, and promote the common progress of the members of "Friends of the Museum" personally and socially.

Second, the composition of personnel

Friends of the Museum is composed of scholars, collectors, educators, tourists and other people from all walks of life who are enthusiastic about public welfare and love local history and culture, and carries out activities within the scope permitted by national cultural relics laws and other relevant laws and regulations.

III. Rights of Members of Friends of Museums

1. Participate in the learning and training activities organized by our library.

2. You can enjoy the membership discount when purchasing the cultural and creative products sold by our library.

3. Enjoy free specialist explanation service.

4. Enjoy preferential treatment and hold various exhibitions and cultural activities in our temporary exhibition hall.

5. Enjoy participating in various academic and social activities organized by Friends of the Museum.

6. Enjoy the latest exhibition information invitations and promotional materials sent by our library from time to time.

7. Enjoy free access to the books, texts and photos of cultural relics in our library.

8. Minor children can give priority to the winter and summer vacation activities organized by our library.

IV. Obligations of Members of Friends of Museums

1. Provide feedback or suggestions on the exhibition, education and other work of our library.

2. Publicize the exhibitions and activities of our library through various channels.

3. Assist the museum to organize temporary exhibitions, collect cultural relics, carry out cultural relics appreciation, cultural seminars and other business activities.

4. Participate in public welfare activities organized by the museum, or introduce others to the museum as volunteers or temporary volunteers.

5. Provide information about collection and exhibition to the museum.

V. Management of Friends of Museums

1. The registration and management of members of Friends of the Museum shall be the responsibility of the mission department of our library. Members of Friends of the Museum shall fill in the membership registration form and truthfully fill in the relevant information before joining, and the library shall keep the registered information confidential.

2. There shall be one director and one deputy director, elected at the annual meeting for a term of three years, who shall be responsible for organizing and carrying out activities and making a summary at the end of the year.

3. Hold an annual meeting once a year, sum up the work, make plans, and commend the "Friends of the Museum" who have made outstanding contributions.

4. Those who don't have any contact within one year are deemed to quit automatically unless otherwise specified.
