I. Scope of solicitation:

Precious historical relics of various times, focusing on related porcelain cultural relics that can demonstrate the historical status of cultural relics.

Second, the collection method

1. Transfer by negotiation. Individuals and groups can voluntarily transfer the cultural relics collection to the county museum at a fixed price. The transfer price is determined by the identification and evaluation of cultural relics, and the two parties sign an acquisition agreement to transfer the ownership of cultural relics collection to the Shanhaiguo Museum at the agreed price.

2. accept donations. Individuals and groups voluntarily transfer the ownership of cultural relics to the county museum free of charge. The county museum will issue honorary certificates to the donors when accepting donations, and specify the donors when exhibiting (unless the donors do not ask for explanations).

Third, the collection time

The collection of cultural relics is a long-term work of Zhengzhou Shanhaiguo Museum, and the collection time in 2017 is from now until October 1.

Fourth, the collection requirements

1. It has high historical, artistic and scientific value, remarkable historical and cultural characteristics and strong representativeness.

2. The preservation condition is suitable for exhibition.

3. The collected materials and cultural relics must be original.

4, the applicant must have ownership of the cultural relics collection, and shall not harm the national interests, social and public interests or the legitimate rights and interests of others.
