2017 Annual Summary Report of Zhengzhou Shanhai Dujia Museum

Since its establishment one year ago, the museum has been able to carry out its work in strict accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Museum Ordinance, the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics and the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Non-state-owned Museums", without any violation of laws, regulations or rules. Zhengzhou Shanhai Dujia Museum has successively printed 4,000 copies of four kinds of publicity materials, including museum introduction, Dujia popular science, and cultural and creative product introduction, published 12 issues of collection magazine covers, and has opened a website, where information such as exhibition hall introduction, collection information and news trends can be queried and browsed. In order to celebrate the 41st International Museum Day, we actively carried out activities such as museum day publicity, organizing primary school students to visit the museum, and organizing collections to participate in grand exhibitions held by Wenbo City, which enriched public cultural services. Experts and scholars such as the Palace Museum, Shoubo, the Archaeological Department of Peking University, provincial and municipal cultural relics departments, folk scholars, and research on high ancient jade have been invited to the museum for guidance, and activities such as appreciation of ancient cockroaches and talks on cockroaches. It basically embodies the educational, research and appreciation functions of non-state-owned museums, collects, protects and shows the historical witness of DaDaDaWan to the public, effectively inherits the traditional culture of DaDaDaWan, and further promotes DaDaWan culture through the development of its cultural and creative products.

Zhengzhou Shanhaigui Museum is completely public welfare, and fully implements the free opening policy of the museum. Except for Monday, it is open for free at all times, and the weekly opening time is 42 hours. There is no situation of withdrawing registered capital and obtaining economic returns. The relevant procedures and formalities involved in the establishment of the museum have been approved, established and improved, and there are no matters such as unauthorized establishment, change and cancellation without filing.

The curator and all the staff attach great importance to safety work, put safety and security work in the first place, do a good job in safety education for employees, improve everyone's safety awareness, and establish a long-term and unremitting safety concept. The safe use of electricity, fire and anti-theft robbery are strictly implemented in accordance with the system and plan, and the safety and security work is truly implemented. In December, the Museum Department of the Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage conducted an investigation and evaluation of various museums, and our museum carried out self-examination and self-correction in time. The inspection team of the Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage came to our museum to check the safety situation. This time, it comprehensively checked the safety and stability of the facilities, key parts and key links in the museum. The content involves facility safety, security, fire safety, system, emergency management, etc., and the inspection situation is generally good.
