Third, consolidate the good momentum of normalization and project activities, innovate thinking, optimize carriers, and inject new vitality. Innovating the cooperation mode between libraries and schools to maximize the educational function of museums. Re-create brochures and popular science books, design all kinds of lively and interesting activities, and better guide young people to understand the history and culture.

Fourth, establish a sense of the subject, create an academic atmosphere, and strive to improve the research level. Actively declare all kinds of social science research topics, write professional academic books and publish a certain number of academic papers; Conduct academic exchanges with foreign countries and hold an academic seminar with national and even international influence.

Fifth, strengthen the concept of building a library with talents and build a team of high-quality talents. Carry out the echelon construction of library talents, promote the cultivation of high-level research-oriented talents, and cultivate talents with one specialty and many functions. Pay close attention to the service level of explanation, strengthen training, and establish a stable and professional team of interpreters.
