Description of the functions of the scientific research department of Zhengzhou Shanhai Dujia Museum

On August 28th, 2019, Zhengzhou Shanhaiguan Museum was discussed by the management meeting in the museum, and on September 11th, 2019, the scientific research department of Zhengzhou Shanhaiguan Museum was formally established, with five people, Zhou Yunxiang as the director and members: Wang Yanli, Liu Fengying (external), Cao Shuxia (external) and Han Chongchong. The division of functions is as follows:

Director: Zhou Yunxiang

1. Be fully responsible for and preside over the work of the Scientific Research Department, and make overall arrangements and coordination for the work of the department;

2. Be responsible for formulating the long-term planning, annual implementation plan and scientific research topic guide of the whole museum;

3 responsible for the declaration and evaluation of scientific research projects and the management of the declaration, transfer, appraisal and award of scientific research achievements;

4 responsible for the formulation and revision of the management measures for scientific research in museums;

5. Responsible for the planning and management of academic exchange activities;

6 responsible for the verification and distribution of the scientific research workload;

7 responsible for the preparation of scientific research plan budget, examination and approval of the allocation and use of scientific research funds;

8. Responsible for the organization and management of academic activities and academic exchanges in museums;  

9. Be responsible for participating in various academic organizations such as societies, research conferences and associations related to higher vocational research;  

10. Responsible for the organization and management of the academic committee and the research secretariat.  

11. To be responsible for the investigation and scheme demonstration of major issues concerning the reform and development of museums;  

12. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior department.

Members:

Wang Yanli: 1. Responsible for the daily affairs of the scientific research office;  

2 responsible for all kinds of scientific research project declaration, mid-term inspection, conclusion, awards and other information review, sorting and reporting;  

3 responsible for the management of funds, achievements and patents of various scientific research projects;  

4. Responsible for the statistical work of scientific research data in the museum and the update of scientific research information in the museum;

Liu Fengying and Cao Shuxia: 1. Responsible for collecting research projects for the museum, and formulating the annual research plan and topic selection guide for the museum.  

2. Responsible for assisting the leaders in the museum and the director of scientific research department to participate in various academic organizations and activities related to higher vocational research;  

Han Chongchong: 1. Responsible for the management of receiving, classifying, keeping and counting scientific research materials and documents in the library;

2. Be responsible for borrowing and consulting scientific research materials and documents, and provide relevant personnel with the required materials and documents in time.

3. Responsible for the establishment of papers published by members of the museum and scientific research files;  

4 according to the annual scientific research data and documents for filing;

5. Be responsible for the organization and affairs management of academic lectures;  

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior departments and leaders in the museum.     

7. Responsible for the daily work of academic committees and research.  

8. To undertake the work of information security officer in the department, and be responsible for the management of scientific research groups, the release of scientific research information network, and the updating of web pages.
