In 2020, under the correct leadership and guidance of the provincial and municipal cultural relics departments and the Civil Affairs Bureau, Zhengzhou Shanhaiguan Museum will conscientiously implement a series of principles, policies and requirements for the construction of non-state-owned museums, solidly promote exhibitions, academic research, social education, open operation and internal management, and give full play to the functions of the museum, such as "collection, display, research, exchange and education", and successfully complete the whole year. He was awarded the "Henan Popular Science Education Base", "Zhengzhou Social Science Popularization Base" and the "Excellent Organization Award" of the Eighth Zhengzhou Interpreter Training and Competition.

First, the party building work of the museum

(A) to strengthen political learning

1, according to the requirements of the higher party organizations, seriously organize all party member and employees to study the party class of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Keep in mind the mission", and organize all party member to seriously study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

4. We have carried out four non-public party building exchange and learning activities with the municipal non-public party building department, Zhengdong New District Labor Bureau and Shangdu Road Party Working Committee.

(a), strengthen scientific research work, finishing and publishing a set of essays; Authoritative magazines have published several papers; In cooperation with the Academy of Social Sciences, the cultural relics were tested.

(2) Social education work, planning and carrying out more than 20 colorful social education activities, such as the Dragon Boat Festival, the May 4th Youth Day, the Children's Day, the popular science activities of young reporters, the Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.; Outside the museum: into the park exhibition activities, into the campus popular science classroom activities, into the enterprise exhibition activities, etc.

(3) Free opening to the outside world

1. It is open to the public free of charge throughout the year. Except Monday, it opens at 9: 00 a.m. and closes at 5: 00 p.m. every day, with a weekly opening of 42 hours and more than 300 days throughout the year. During the opening period, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, measure body temperature, scan the code for health, and kill the pavilion every day.

2. Free explanation work has been carried out, and no explanation fee has been charged since the opening of the museum.

3. Establish a team of volunteers, such as small volunteers (students) and experts' explanations, to serve visitors all the year round.

4. Provide free service facilities, such as reading glasses, wheelchairs, crutches, and bag storage services.

5, equipped with two automatic drinking fountains, a tea table, to provide free tea and rest places for the audience.

6. Provide free popular science manuals and publicity color pages.

7. More than 80,000 tourists were received throughout the year, including more than 22,000 minors, more than 50 foreign guests and more than 60,000 local residents.

(4) Collection management

The general ledger and ledger were improved, and in 2020, the following work was focused on:

1. Professionals were hired to take photos of all the collections to improve the quality of the pictures.

2. Establish a complete porcelain ledger and stamp ledger;

3. In order to strengthen the scientific management of the collection, six experts from Henan Appraisal Committee were invited to conduct a comprehensive grading appraisal of all the collections. After appraisal, there were more than 14,000 collections in the whole museum, including more than 600 precious cultural relics.

4. Carry out the restoration and maintenance of the collection. Twenty-two pieces of cultural relics were restored in the whole year, and two pieces were also restored for customers.

5. Provide free custody service for the collection.

(5) Strengthen the training of employees and pay attention to the cultivation of talents and quality of the team.

1. The curator participated in the two-year Peking University Institute of Archaeology and Culture, and conducted professional training in the museum professional system.

2. Librarians are trained and assessed in professional knowledge every quarter, and all of them have participated in online courses for cultural and art majors.

3. Conduct full-time firefighting training for three times, and have 3 firefighters with certificates.

4. A series of service reception systems, such as standardized work flow and dress code, have been formulated and improved, and lecturers have been organized to optimize the explanations to meet the needs of different audiences.

(6) Museums focus on strengthening security.

1. Since the museum was built, there has never been an incident of cultural relics being stolen or damaged.

2. In 2020, in order to strengthen the safety management of museum collections, 2 security infrared alarms and 10 monitoring probes were added, and two sets of intelligent security doors in warehouses were upgraded and replaced. The general control room was upgraded and improved, with a total safety investment of 200,000 yuan. The museum pays attention to the establishment of security system, strengthens patrol, and adheres to the 24-hour double duty system all the year round, thus ensuring the safety of the museum.

(VII) The grading work of museums improves their own management level and actively participates in the national evaluation. Our museum can be classified as a national second-class museum according to its own grading, but in order to ensure the upgrading of our museum, it was declared as a national third-class museum by the Expo agreement.

(VIII) Chen Zhan hired a professional organization to test the air quality in the exhibition hall, adjusted the exhibits in the exhibition hall, added a stamp exhibition hall, supplemented and improved the porcelain exhibition, added 47 sets of display cabinets, rewritten the exhibition outline and added a volunteer service desk.

(nine), the establishment of a museum library. The original reading room was upgraded, and more than a thousand books were added. Equipped with tables and chairs, reading tables and tea tables, it is convenient for tourists to read.

(10) In order to ensure the smooth and effective development of the museum work, 4 employees are recruited, bringing the total number of librarians to 13.
