I. Annual business work

1, strengthen scientific research, carry out academic exchanges, finishing and publishing a set of essays; Authoritative magazines have published several papers; In cooperation with the Academy of Social Sciences, the cultural relics were tested.

2. Social education work

Planning to carry out more than 20 colorful social education activities, such as: Dragon Boat Festival, May 4th Youth Day, Children's Day on June 1st, and popular science for young journalists.

Activities, Mid-Autumn Festival activities, etc.; Outside the museum: into the park exhibition activities, into the campus popular science classroom activities, into the enterprise exhibition activities, etc.

3. Free opening to the outside world

(1) It is open to the public free of charge throughout the year. Except Monday, it opens at 9: 00 a.m. and closes at 5: 00 p.m. every day, which lasts for 42 hours every week and lasts for more than 300 days throughout the year. During the opening period, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, measure body temperature, scan the code for health, and kill the pavilion every day.

4. Collection management

(3) In order to strengthen the scientific management of the collection, six experts from Henan Provincial Appraisal Committee were invited to conduct a comprehensive grading appraisal of all the collections, and all of them were shared by the whole museum through appraisal.

There are more than 14,000 collections, including more than 600 precious cultural relics.

(4) To carry out the restoration and maintenance of the collection, 22 pieces of cultural relics were restored in the whole year, and 2 pieces were also restored for customers.

(5) Provide free custody service for the collection.

5. Strengthen staff training and pay attention to the cultivation of talents and quality of the team. (1) The curator participated in the two-year Peking University Institute of Archaeology and Culture, and conducted professional training in the museum professional system.

(2) Librarians are trained and assessed in professional knowledge every quarter, and all of them have participated in online courses for cultural and art majors.

(3) Conduct full-time firefighting training for three times, and have 3 firefighters with certificates.

Strengthen management and fire prevention

(4) A series of service reception systems, such as standardized work flow and dress code, have been formulated and improved in our library, and lecturers have been organized to optimize the explanations to meet the needs of different visitors.

6, the museum focuses on strengthening security.

(1) Since the museum was built, there has never been an incident of cultural relics being stolen or damaged.

(2) In 2020, in order to strengthen the safety management of museum collections, security red will be added.

There are 2 external alarms, 10 monitoring probes, and two sets of intelligent security doors in the warehouse have been upgraded and replaced. The general control room has been upgraded and improved, and the total safety investment has reached 200,000 yuan.

The museum pays attention to the establishment of security system, strengthens patrol, and adheres to the 24-hour double duty system all the year round, thus ensuring the safety of the museum.

7, the museum grading work

Improve their own management level, actively participate in the national review, and be agreed as a national third-class pavilion by Expo.

8. Work in Chen Zhan

Professional organizations were hired to test the air quality in the exhibition hall, the exhibits in the exhibition hall were adjusted, the stamp exhibition hall was added, the porcelain exhibition was supplemented and improved, 47 sets of display cabinets were added, the exhibition outline was rewritten, and the volunteer service desk was added.

9. Establish a museum library. The original reading room was upgraded, and more than a thousand books were added. Equipped with tables and chairs, reading tables and tea tables, it is convenient for tourists to read.

10. In order to ensure the smooth and effective development of the museum work, 4 additional employees are recruited.

The total number of librarians is 13.
