In order to accelerate the development of various undertakings of Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum, clarify the direction and objectives of the museum, give full play to the role of the museum in cultural propaganda and social education, and continuously improve the quality of public cultural services, adhere to Scientific Outlook on Development, accelerate the pace of development, strengthen reform and innovation, and promote Shanhai in strict accordance with the requirements and standards for building national key museums and the relevant spirit of Henan Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics and Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics. According to National Cultural Heritage Administration's Medium-and Long-term Development Plan for Museums (2011-2020) and Museum Regulations, combined with the reality of our library, the development plan for the next five years (2021-2026) is formulated.

Established in March, 2017, Zhengzhou Shanhai Calligonum Museum is a national third-class museum, an excellent non-state-owned museum in Zhengzhou, and an AAAA-level chinese social organizations. It is the only special museum of Calligonum in the world. The museum is located in Wenbo City, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City. It adopts the antique quadrangle architectural style as a whole, with a total construction area of 1,600 square meters, of which the exhibition area is about 1,161 square meters. It has three exhibition halls and nine exhibition halls. With the long history and culture as the basic content, more than 14,000 pieces (sets) of ancient collections, more than 2,300 pieces (sets) of cultural relics, more than 8,000 pieces of shell specimens and 417 pieces of modern handicrafts are exhibited. Among them, the hanging screen of the four-armed Guanyin altar city, the double deer listening to the scriptures, the clay dragon-shaped cymbal knife, the statue of the head of the cow and other precious cultural relics are all fine works in our library. With complete functions, complete facilities and orderly layout, Zhengzhou Shanhaijia Museum integrates tourism, cultural display, treasures collection, cultural relics research and academic exchanges. It is a comprehensive museum of history and culture that integrates academics, knowledge, culture and entertainment. It is an important thing for the general public and tourists to fully understand the history and culture of the school.

Since its opening, Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum has made some achievements, but it is still far from the requirements in terms of reflecting the social value of the organization. The next decade will be a crucial one for Zhengzhou Shanhaiji Museum. With the acceleration of the nationwide cultural system reform, the rapid growth of the public's demand for spiritual culture, the moral standard system inherited from the traditional virtues of the nation and the promotion of the construction of a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation, all these have brought unprecedented development opportunities to the museum cause. The future development of Zhengzhou Shanhai Museum also needs to define its development goals and tasks, but these future development goals and tasks can only be realized by a series of safeguard measures, and it is necessary to effectively support scientific research, social education, cultural relics protection and management, talent team construction and building of the museum. Therefore, this plan is formulated.

I. Scientific research work in museums

1. On the basis of this plan, a detailed scientific research plan for museum work should be made every year.

2. Cooperate with the Science and Technology Archaeological Center of Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, analyze and study the comprehensive physical and chemical information of the cultural relics, and provide accurate digital basis for scientific dating.

3, the establishment of the museum's scientific research academic department, responsible for the museum's scientific research and popular science education and publicity.

4. Cooperate with Xinzheng Workstation of Henan Archaeological Institute to analyze and study the application change, scope of application and status of the cultural relics in human history. Combined with the changes of unearthed strata and the use of decorative patterns, it provides evidence for dating.

5. Hold a symposium with the cooperative units every six months to exchange the results of cooperative research and provide materials for the academic meeting throughout the year. A special academic seminar is held every year to absorb the opinions of experts from all over the country, exchange new discoveries and new knowledge, and discuss the protection and research of cultural relics.

6. Under the guidance of China Cultural Information Society, we will carry out research on shellfish culture and explore the inheritance of shellfish carving arts and crafts, and strive to determine the inheritor of shellfish carving and declare it as an intangible cultural heritage project in Henan Province within five years.

7. Every year, we will strive to publish a specialized book on the knowledge of cultural relics in the world, publish 10 monographs, and publish a collection of essays every two years (internally), so as to create systematic and detailed basic scientific research materials for the study of cultural relics in the world.

8. Set up an interactive exhibition hall for popular science education with the participation of the audience, so as to let the audience know about it in an all-round way from the aspects of its growth process, species, material content and texture of shells, learn about its cultural relics and increase its protection.

Second, social education

1. According to this plan, the Social Education Department of the Museum formulates the annual social education activity plan to guide the social education work throughout the year.

2. Improve the digital construction of the museum, comprehensively promote the online museum of cultural relics, make the museum more scientific and interesting, and attract more visitors.

3. Run a special exhibition close to life, society and audience, hold a special exhibition of Buddhist cultural relics, and hold a special national tour exhibition every year. In five years, it will reach one third of the coastal cities in China to tour the cultural relics, and the number of cities will be increased year by year.

4. Prepare the exhibition plan of cultural relics knowledge for primary and secondary school students in a targeted way, enter schools, carry out cultural relics knowledge propaganda, and improve students' awareness of cultural heritage protection and their enthusiasm for loving the motherland and hometown. Carry out one or two school activities every year, and strive to enter 20 schools in five years.

5. Carry out the recruitment activities of small lecturers and volunteers in the museum, and strive for more primary and secondary school students and cultural relics lovers in the whole society to participate in the social activities of the museum. The number of long-term volunteers will increase by 2 to 5 every year, and the selection of volunteer lecturers for primary and secondary school students will be carried out once a year, and the small lecturers of the most beautiful museum in Zhengzhou will be launched.

5. Carry out the collection and exchange of cultural relics in a planned way, enrich the types of cultural relics in the collection, increase the number of cultural relics in the collection year by year, and improve the quality of cultural relics in the collection of Kaoji Museum.

6. Ensure that the intact cultural relics are not damaged, and carry out the restoration of damaged cultural relics, so that all the cultural relics in the collection can achieve the exhibition effect within five years.

7. Complete the museum upgrade and strive to create a national second-class museum within five years.

Fourth, team building

1. It is the purpose of building a team of cultural relics with ability, conduct and professional ability. All the staff in our library must reach the bachelor's degree or above after basic study and re-education.

2, encourage cadres and workers to consciously carry out online learning, and constantly improve the knowledge of cultural relics protection. Recharge yourself and add new knowledge and new topics to the museum. The establishment of a museum talent award will give appropriate material rewards to those who have won the title of "top talent" in the national, provincial and municipal museum system.

3. Every year, the museum carries out the activities of going out for re-education. According to the majors of archaeology, exhibition, social education, cultural relics appraisal, etc., it is paid to study in public according to the actual work. Try to train the whole staff in rotation within five years.

4. Improve the construction of expert team in the Museum. Under the unified arrangement of Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics and Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Personnel, through examination, assessment and evaluation, all the staff will reach the intermediate and above titles in Wenbo within five years, of which the senior titles will reach 30%.

5. Five, the building construction

1. Improve the infrastructure construction of the safety risk level of cultural relics above Grade II, set up voluntary firefighters and safety officers, build small fire stations, update alarm equipment, and create a year of cultural relics safety. Strive for five years without major accidents of cultural relics being stolen or damaged.

2. Increase the exhibition area. On the basis of the original exhibition hall, increase the handicraft exhibition hall and increase the exhibition area by 225 square meters.

3. The site selection of the new museum will be completed in 2021, and the new museum will be put into construction in 2022, and the new museum will be completed and put into use before 2026.
